Story of the Finca Cafetera

Finca La Aurora is the farm behind the Santa Inés Castillo lot in Riosucio, Caldas. Located at 1,900 metres above sea level, surrounded by native Andean forest within the indigenous territory of Resguardo Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria de la Montaña — a territory with roots dating back to 1627. Farming follows an agroecological system that allows each variety to express its character without forcing it. The native forest surrounding the coffee plants regulates temperature, retains water, and protects biodiversity. When you drink a cup of Santa Inés anywhere in the world, you are drinking something that comes from deep within these Andes.
