Story of the Finca Cafetera

Cafe UBA was created by Julio Cesar Madrid, a third-generation coffee grower, with the goal of turning family-farm coffee production into differentiated specialty coffees. The project focuses on fermentation control, drying protocols, and experimental processes across farms including Riviera, Milan, and Buenos Aires. This coffee is especially useful for Roastabean because its watermelon/melon profile is distinctive and easy to communicate.
