Story of the Finca Cafetera

Finca La Florencia is the farm behind the Alma Silvestre Vino Tinto lot in Córdoba, Quindío. The project began with Carlos Alberto Quiroga’s move away from volume-focused production toward quality and traceability. After illness cut his project short, his son Santiago Quiroga continued the family vision — leaving corporate law to build Alma Silvestre around innovation, sustainability, and carefully processed specialty coffee. The Vino Tinto lot has earned Top 30 Colombia recognition, making it one of the strongest story coffees in the Alma Silvestre portfolio.
